Electrical and Digital Engineer

Overview

Electrical and Digital Engineer to lead site escalation and advanced troubleshooting across electrical and automation systems to reduce downtime.

What you'll do

• Serve as the lead escalation point for complex electrical and automation failures.
• Develop and manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment and instrumentation.
• Act as a technical anchor during plant outages, using advanced diagnostic logic to restore systems.
• Perform RCFA and share reports with stakeholders including customers.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS, and SCADA/HMI systems.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and control systems.
• Own electrical safety compliance (e.g., LOTO) and ensure work aligns with regulations and engineering standards.

What you'll need

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in E&I maintenance and projects.
• Bachelor degree (degree level stated).
• Experience maintaining electrical equipment and instrumentation including transmitters, sensors, and actuators.
• Ability to configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, DCS, and SCADA/HMI systems.
• Experience with RCFA and presenting reports to stakeholders.
