Electrical Hardware Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview

Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer for KLA’s Reticle Product Division, leading mixed-signal electronics development for advanced semiconductor metrology systems.

What you'll do

• Lead complex PCB redesign and electronics development projects from requirements to production release.
• Own technical planning, execution, risk management, and tracking for electronics development activities.
• Define system and subsystem requirements for electronic assemblies and electronic interfaces.
• Develop, review, and approve analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic designs.
• Coordinate schematic development, PCB layout reviews, prototype builds, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with external design houses, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for successful delivery.
• Drive root-cause investigations, verification/validation, and design optimization; ensure safety, EMC, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of professional experience in electronics development.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience leading technical development projects or major work packages.
• Strong background in PCB architecture, schematic design, and electronics integration.
• Experience managing suppliers, external development partners, or contract engineering organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid EU work permit and willingness to travel internationally up to ~20%.
