Emerging Talent Intern

Overview

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, campus hiring, employer branding and candidate engagement as an Emerging Talent Intern.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and collect job descriptions.
• Assist in campus hiring initiatives, university outreach, and placement activities.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews and stakeholder meetings to enable efficient hiring processes.

What you'll need

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
