Engineer, AEM Back-end (India)

Overview

Junior AEM developer role supporting development and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager applications, working with senior developers and architects.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
• Support AEM Cloud Service deployments and configuration activities.
• Troubleshoot AEM issues for components, replication, and publishing.
• Use Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to improve development productivity.
• Work with AEM Agents, dispatcher configurations, and caching mechanisms.
• Build integrations using REST APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging; collaborate with UI and QA teams.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of software development experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
• Basic understanding of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Strong fundamentals in Java and web development.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Good analytical and debugging skills.
