Engineer I

Overview

Build data models, Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and predictive forecasting models that support infrastructure capacity planning and optimization across cloud and on-premises environments.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for infrastructure utilization, capacity limits, and performance KPIs.
• Query and blend data from cloud billing, monitoring tools, and APIs.
• Create a single source of truth for capacity data.
• Analyze usage trends and forecast future resource demand.
• Flag potential capacity shortages and overloads.
• Translate infrastructure metrics into executive-friendly reports and visualizations.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of data analytics or DAX experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Power Query and M Code.
• Understanding of capacity management and planning scenarios and tooling.
• Experience with Agile principles and practices.
• A degree in computing or science is helpful but not essential.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS products.
• Awareness of cloud and on-premises infrastructure practices.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring best practices.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
