Overview

The Engineer - Service Desk role supports IT systems and networks by resolving technical issues, managing security protocols, maintaining system performance, and assisting with IT operations and projects.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various applications and platforms.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and systems from threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of IT services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in IT operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and create reports on system health and performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow certification.
• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Skills in Agile Methodology, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Engineering Services, Executive Presence, Inclusion, IT Consulting Services, IT Service Management (ITSM), Personal Effectiveness, Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Storytelling, and Workplace Services.
