Job description

Overview

Lead multidisciplinary engineering delivery for one or more high-voltage substation EPC projects, from design coordination through as-built handover. The role combines technical ownership, vendor and stakeholder management, and engineering team leadership.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop primary, secondary, BIM, civil, and structural engineering teams.
  • Allocate resources and priorities across project phases and concurrent projects.
  • Own technical quality, interdisciplinary coordination, and engineering deliverables.
  • Ensure designs comply with codes, client specifications, and internal standards.
  • Review and approve technical documents and design packages before issue.
  • Coordinate vendor clarifications, bid evaluations, design reviews, and FATs.
  • Represent engineering in project reviews and client-facing technical discussions.

What you'll need

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in HV EPC substation engineering or execution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with AIS/GIS substations, HV equipment, and protection and control systems.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience managing EPC substation engineering scope across single or multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of HV engineering disciplines and project engineering processes.
  • Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication skills.
