Overview

Engineering Manager for the Polaris Platform, focused on leading engineering projects within the Rubrik Security Cloud (RSC) domain.

What you'll do

• Build and drive the product component roadmap.
• Provide leadership to projects from inception to implementation.
• Champion continuous improvement with a metrics-driven culture.
• Support the team to self-organize for sustained velocity and predictability.
• Drive career development through coaching, mentoring, and guidance for senior contributors.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, and Program Management.
• Partner with Support to solve customer problems and cascade the same mindset to the team.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 1-2 years in an engineering management role.
• Experience delivering enterprise-quality scalable distributed systems.
• Software development experience for cloud/SaaS and on-premises environments.
• Experience building and cultivating strong engineering practices and processes.
• Experience working with cross-geo global engineering teams.
• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
