Enterprise Account Executive, Italy

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive selling the Kong Enterprise Platform to global enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects.

What you'll do

• Sell the Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers.
• Meet individual quota and objectives.
• Manage your book of business including buying criteria documentation and lead work to closure.
• Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales and contribute to wins/losses analysis.
• Ensure pipeline accuracy based on evidence.

What you'll need

• Experience selling enterprise software.
• Open source experience is an ideal fit (open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is a big plus).
• Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (30%–50%).
