Overview

Design and oversee comprehensive, end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise, applying technology and industry expertise to improve products, experiences and business capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive IT solutions spanning the organization.
• Envision how technological components integrate to enhance overall business capabilities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to align solutions with strategic goals and deliver improved products and user experiences.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation.
• Provide expertise, influencing and advisory support.
• Engage with multiple teams and make team decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and to business-area problems.
• Lead the development of architectural frameworks supporting scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members to build technical expertise and promote best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
• Strong knowledge of web content management systems and digital experience platforms.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable architecture for enterprise-level applications.
• Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and services.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks relevant to Adobe Experience Manager implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
