ERP Solution Consultant - Capital Finance Management

Overview

The Senior ERP Solution Consultant leads complex ERP product teams, shapes product strategy using industry knowledge, and drives technical direction. The role makes high-impact decisions, resolves complex cross-product issues, communicates with stakeholders at all levels, and applies deep ERP business process and analytical expertise.

What you'll do

• Lead internal and external teams and squads delivering diverse, significantly complex products.
• Lead the development of approaches, such as Agile backlog management, and timelines across product teams and squads.
• Design and document solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards throughout the product life cycle.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain the product's technology roadmap.
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on specific technologies for product teams.
• Make decisions independently with impact at the process, organization, or product line level.
• Drive successful completion of major programs within or across product lines as a lead.
• Lead collaborative team environments across products and product lines to solve unusually complex, ambiguous problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Interact with large and global teams across multiple product lines or chapter cluster squads.
• Interact directly and strategically with stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
• Communicate complex concepts and potential solutions across the enterprise or multiple portfolios.
• Negotiate with others to adopt different points of view.
• Tailor messaging to different target audiences and choose appropriate communication channels.
• Act as a key contributor, thought leader, and go-to person for important stakeholders in specific areas.
• Provide leadership and impact across major products and at the product line level.
• Drive collaboration across products and product lines and between Informatics and the business.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value and business processes.
• Mentor colleagues to help them develop their expertise and skills.
• Prioritize, plan, and report status at the enterprise or multi-product/product line level.
• Act as a Product Owner in large products.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and capability development by screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and organizing trainings.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience leading complex ERP product teams and driving successful completion of major programs within or across product lines.
• Proven track record of acting as a Product Owner in large products and reporting status at an enterprise or multi-product level.
• Experience contributing to talent acquisition and capability development, including mentoring and training others.
• Proficient ERP business process domain knowledge and architecture practices.
• Deep expertise in at least one Business Analysis / Consultancy capability.
• Expert-level knowledge in technical principles related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Strong capability to design solutions, maintain product technology roadmaps, and drive evaluation and adoption of new technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging, negotiate, and influence Senior Leaders across multiple portfolios.
• Strong mentorship abilities and a proven track record as an identified role model for fostering collaboration between Informatics and business teams.
