ETL Developer + Snowflake + Hadoop + Informatica

Overview

ETL Developer responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, Informatica, and cloud data platforms. The role supports enterprise analytics, data warehousing, data quality, and governed data integration.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize end-to-end ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Build batch and real-time workflows using Spark, Hadoop, and cloud services.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Troubleshoot processing issues, monitor workflows, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, lineage, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and application teams on data solutions.
• Support data migration and platform upgrade projects.

What you'll need

• 4+ years designing and developing large-scale data pipelines.
• 5+ years with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or equivalent.
• 5+ years with Hadoop ecosystem components including HDFS, Hive, Pig, and Sqoop.
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing.
• Experience with Spark, SQL, relational databases, and cloud data platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud-native data migration and integration tools.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, data governance tools, or regulated industries.
• Certifications such as AWS Data Analytics or Cloudera.
