Executive - Field Engineering

Overview

Field Engineering role focused on analysing breakdown call-backs, driving callback reduction, and supporting field processes, training and technical operations for elevator and escalator service.

What you'll do

• Carry out analytical survey of breakdown call-backs and drive callback reduction.
• Prepare field processes and documents.
• Prepare field training modules.
• Get involved in FOD, SIT and major projects.
• Get involved in field trials and follow the fleet pilot units.
• Work on turn-back resolutions.
• Provide engineering and technical support to Service, MOD and New Equipment.
• Work closely with field operations on data collection, analysis, improvement actions and management reports.
• Monitor field quality KPIs.
• Contribute to system improvement and new development.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving methods.

What you'll need

• Diploma or degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Good technical knowledge and quality techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Good team player.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Elevator industry experience.
