Role: Experience Researcher (Producer Focus)

Location: Plano, TX (4 Days onsite and 1 remote )

Duration: 12+ Month contract

Seeking a highly experienced Experience Researcher with a strong focus on qualitative research and operational execution. This role functions as a Producer, responsible for driving research initiatives, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. The position emphasizes research strategy, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence rather than design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experience research, including planning, moderating, and analyzing qualitative data
• Translate complex research findings into structured insights and actionable outcomes
• Manage intake and scope for complex research and strategy projects
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
• Drive capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
• Maintain visibility into project goals, progress, and execution phases
• Contribute to research and strategy work during key project stages
• Provide mentorship and coaching in research methods, facilitation, and strategy
• Offer oversight and guidance on research methodology, analysis, and synthesis
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and operational workflows
• Own team metrics, reporting, and performance tracking across projects
• Communicate outcomes and impact to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage team documentation, assets, and organizational tools
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions to maintain delivery velocity
