Export Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead our international trade operations from our Panchkula office. You'll manage end-to-end export workflows, coordinate with global clients and distributors, and ensure seamless compliance with international regulations—a critical role for our growing pharma export business.

What you'll do

• Handle international export operations and prepare all required documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with overseas clients and distributors to manage orders, shipment schedules, and logistics timelines
• Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and pharma-specific export requirements
• Monitor export payments, track order status, and resolve shipping discrepancies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers to drive repeat business and expand market reach

What we're looking for

• 2–10 years of experience in export operations, ideally within the pharma industry
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade protocols
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage professional relationships with overseas stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management; comfortable with order management systems

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing pharma exports or regulated product shipments
• Familiarity with customs clearance and shipping logistics software
