FG Analyst

Overview

Finished Goods (FG) Analyst role at Micron Technology responsible for managing and developing employee performance, aligning finished goods processes across global sites, responding to internal and external customer needs, and securing materials and goods.

What you'll do

• Provide feedback to employees on performance and counsel on career development.
• Set performance goals for employees to meet.
• Provide direction to employees on daily and broader scope tasks.
• Document and resolve performance issues.
• Ensure Finished Goods processes are aligned where necessary across global sites and functions.
• Define necessary process changes and communicate the change where necessary.
• Perform global audits quarterly/yearly to ensure sites are aligned.
• Monitor site-level implementation of change.
• Participate in Area Prioritization Meetings for request rankings.
• Monitor forecast and output requirements to fulfill business unit expectations.
• Monitor area function and activity to ensure proper staffing levels, equipment, and materials are available.
• Monitor forecasts to ensure proper staffing levels, equipment, and materials are available.
• Prepare data and help drive requests for additional staffing or equipment.
• Provide guidance to other sites for equipment needs and staffing plans.
• Ensure customer requirements are reviewed and responded to, and monitor progress towards implementation.
• Lead investigations when customer issues arise and facilitate where needed at other sites.
• Implement necessary process changes for customers and ensure all sites are aligned.
• Participate in customer audits where necessary.
• Provide historical information for shipping activity.
• Ensure proper inventory controls are in place and active.
• Monitor the process to ensure all controls are being followed.
• Ensure all compliance needs are implemented and followed.
• Leverage and apply Artificial Intelligence.
