Field Applications Engineer (FAE)

Overview

Field Applications Engineer (FAE) providing technical sales support and customer engagement, plus training and content development as an external contractor.

What you'll do

• Conduct technical discovery engagements with prospects and customers.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and product/value proposition demonstrations.
• Create and deliver technical content (live and on demand) for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Act as a technical expert to support the sales team and reduce sales cycle time.
• Expand the sales pipeline in targeted accounts and serve as the primary technical liaison.
• Train customers using Altium training content and deliver instructor-led sessions.
• Develop and update training materials, including scripts, video storyboards, and technical video series.

What you'll need

• Be an external contractor certified trainer and content developer.
• Use Altium training content to deliver professional customer training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training content provided to customers.
• Create training content including scripts, video storyboards, and technical video series.
• Experience with Altium Designer is preferred but not essential.
• An Electrical/Electronics engineering background is desired.
