Overview

Provide first-level network support and field operations assistance, handling network troubleshooting and incident handling.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level network support.
• Assist with field operations.
• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Handle network incidents.

What you'll need

• Basic understanding of Routing & Switching.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 1.5 - 4 years of experience.
• Ability to work from office and in rotational shifts.

Nice to have

• Field operations/network support experience.
• CCNA certified.
• CCNP is an added advantage.

• Location: Guwahati / Siliguri.
• Work mode: Work From Office (5 days).
• Shift: Rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be comfortable with field operations, WFO (5 days), and rotational shift schedules.
