Field Marketing

Overview

Field Marketing role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise with a hybrid work arrangement.

What you'll do

• Develop and secure approval for GTM plans and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional teams and agencies to develop and execute GTM plans and budgets.
• Develop and manage GTM scorecards/dashboards and track progress against metrics/goals/benchmarks.
• Conduct closed-loop post-analysis of marketing programs and execute indicated actions.
• Develop value propositions and offering/segment messaging and manage their delivery.
• Develop and execute/monitor customer segmentation strategies and customer experience plans.
• Perform marketing support activities such as Siebel MRM/CRM and collateral fulfillment.

What you'll need

• BA or BS in Marketing or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years marketing experience including offering marketing and related areas.
• Agency, sales and/or channel experience.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Excellent written/oral communications and strong analytical skills.

Details

• Hybrid: average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
