Join our team as a Field Sales & Marketing Intern on a Remote basis and help us grow our customer base through smart outreach, meaningful conversations, and persuasive follow-ups. In this internship, you’ll support sales and marketing activities across B2B audiences, learning how to identify opportunities, build a pipeline, and communicate value clearly. This role is designed for interns who enjoy being hands-on with communication, want real exposure to sales processes, and are eager to learn through guided execution and performance feedback.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and outreach using structured communication.
- Support sales and negotiation conversations by preparing relevant information and following agreed scripts and tactics.
- Conduct product and offer discussions to explain benefits in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Coordinate with marketing to help run campaigns, share updates, and maintain an organised content flow.
- Track interactions and progress using basic MS Office tools (spreadsheets, summaries, and reports).
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Learn and apply sales best practices while staying consistent with the company’s standards and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Sales Skills with an interest in building confidence through practice.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Negotiation principles; willingness to learn proven approaches.
- Excellent Business Communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Interest and passion for B2B and B2C Sales—and learning how messaging differs by audience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Willingness to learn with a proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
