We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued clients. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, showcasing our products and services to potential customers and securing new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Engage in lead generation activities, including networking, cold calling, and follow-up to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Demonstrate exceptional sales skills to effectively present our offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales and business development initiatives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent execution
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your sales expertise and industry knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and concerns
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and business growth
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and marketing strategy to optimize sales performance
  • Passion for the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
