About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with our valued clients. As a key member of our sales force, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and customer-centric approach to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Engage in lead generation activities, including cold-calling, networking, and leveraging marketing resources
  • Demonstrate excellent sales skills and the ability to effectively present, pitch, and negotiate with potential clients
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry to provide sales and business development expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless B2B sales and customer experience
  • Continuously build and maintain strong area knowledge to effectively target and penetrate designated territories
  • Demonstrate convincing skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent performance
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a field sales or B2B sales role
  • Proven track record of lead generation, sales skills, and sales target achievement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Thorough understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing strategy and analytics to support sales efforts
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required
