About the Job
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive on a Full-time basis with OnSite(Field Sales). You will work independently in the field, manage your sales pipeline, and ensure consistent performance through strong follow-ups and effective negotiation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Field Sales activities, including visiting prospects, presenting offerings, and closing direct sale.
- Generate and qualify leads through Lead Generation activities, referrals, and market mapping.
- Drive both B2B and B2C Sales efforts by tailoring pitches to different customer needs and decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections with professionalism, and use Sales and Negotiation techniques to close deals.
- Prepare and update sales documentation such as visit reports, lead status, and opportunity trackers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, customer feedback sharing, and smooth handovers.
- Meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets through disciplined planning and consistent performance in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Field Sales or a comparable sales role (minimum to maximum years not specified).
- Strong Convincing Skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills, including confident presentations and clear follow-up.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Negotiation and objection handling.
- Comfort selling across B2B and B2C segments with customer-focused approaches.
- Track record of Lead Generation and building reliable pipelines.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and customer relationship management.
