Field Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven Field Sales Officers from EdTech domain to join our team. This opportunity begins as a 3-month freelance, performance-based engagement. Based on your performance during this period and business requirements, high-performing consultants may be considered for a full-time, on-roll position.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for EdTech products and services.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and virtual demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Note:

• For first 3 months the candidate will be working as a freelancer and then based on their performance organisation can consider the freelancer for a full-time, on-roll position.
• Candidates who prefer to continue working as freelance consultants may also be considered under the existing performance-based commission structure, subject to mutual agreement.
