Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager responsible for accounting compliance and support for cash flow management within a region.

What you'll do

• Manage the monthly financial close, including cost recording, journal review, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment.
• Collaborate with external auditors to support successful audits and compliance.
• Analyze statutory accounting practices and guidance to ensure correct application of GAAP.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow liquidity.
• Partner with department heads to explain financial performance and manage spend.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong experience using accounting software and data analytics.
• Highly-effective team management.
• Strong presentation skills to translate complex financial jargon for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant preferred.
