Finance Reporting Manager

Overview

Finance Reporting Manager in the Trading Partner Finance (TPF) Intercompany Reporting & Data team at the Haleon GCC in Bengaluru, overseeing intercompany profit elimination and related reporting and data processes.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for oversight of the Group Intercompany Profit Elimination processes, covering all related activities, including managing the period end and AAR processes.
• Contribute to team objectives, plans and projects.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the outsourced BPO team (Genpact).
• Act as an ambassador for Global Finance Services (GFS) and TPF.
• Manage stakeholders, deal with escalations and gather feedback.
• Support regular communication with global teams to cascade process and system information.
• Continuously identify and drive improvements in end-to-end processes, ensuring sustainability and suitability for an FMCG company.
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls, GxP and other compliance requirements.
• Ensure audit queries are answered in a timely manner.
• Support the Finance Reporting Principal with ad-hoc requests, activities and projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• MBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent).
• At least 6 years of financial management experience.
• Experience working with global / corporate level financial reporting in a large global organization.
• Experience of enterprise level financial processes and / or systems.
• Experience of working in a controls / Sarbanes Oxley environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Self-motivated, with initiative in solving problems.
• Disciplined, robust organisation skills, with ability to plan and manage workload.
• Actively seek to improve processes to make them more effective and efficient.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with and influence stakeholders internally and externally.

Nice to have

• Supply Chain and / or FMCG industry experience.
• Experience of working with outsourced BPO providers.
