Financial Analyst 2

Overview

Financial Analyst in the accounting and compliance function of Lam Research's India captive unit, responsible for month close, financial reporting and compliance.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for month close and financial reporting for INDAS/IGAAP and US GAAP.
• Finalize accounts.
• Handle compliance, finalization of accounts and audits, including Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and IFC controls.
• Ensure intra-group contracting, mark-up, billing, reconciliations and reviews.
• Ensure process controls and banking and financial controls are in place.
• Prepare reporting and variance analysis during close and cash management.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant, CWA, or bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience of accounting and compliance functions.
• Updated on IGAAP, IND AS, USGAAP and Companies Act.

• Experience in an MNC organization.
• Solid accounting and financial skills.
• Ability to work well with people and promote a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong process knowledge for R2R, GL close and taxation.
• Handling and closing things independently and on time.
• Working in SAP environment.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: On-site Flex (3+ days per week on-site, remote for the balance of the week) or Virtual Flex (1-2 days per week on-site, remote the rest of the time).
