Financial Planning Analyst

Overview

Financial Planning Analyst driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead and/or support functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
• Conduct complex financial analysis for finance or business functions.
• Forecast financial results and identify process improvement and policy opportunities.
• Represent business unit in cross-regional or cross-functional planning.
• Represent the organization to external customers and clients.
• Lead business initiatives and oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions.

What you'll need

• Typically 7-10 years of work experience in finance-related areas.
• Four-year/graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Inventory accounting and supply chain inventory flow knowledge.
• Skills in financial planning, financial analysis, and financial statements.
• Experience with P&L management and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of flash/budget planning and data analysis.
