Overview

Forward Deployed Engineer embedded in client delivery, shipping production-ready software while working with founders and delivery systems.

What you'll do

• Build solutions to real customer problems.
• Work across front-end, back-end, data pipelines, and AI models.
• Operate with agent-led workflow to write code, run tests, and open PRs.
• Update and prioritize work using tools like GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, and email.
• Make trade-offs between elegant code and shipping fast.
• Engage with client delivery systems through agents rather than manually.
• Help hiring by spotting people who can operate at high speed.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills across multiple languages.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments without a map.
• Comfort using a terminal.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for work.
• Comfort learning and using Git.
• Clear, precise writing to reason and direct AI agents.
