Forward Deployed Engineer role to organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms, leading complex AI, engineering and business transformation initiatives as a Luminary professional.

What you'll do

• Organize the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
• Facilitate solution design across the enterprise technology stack to integrate into the ecosystem of AI models and multi-provider platforms.
• Lead complex AI, engineering and business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Apply deep industry or functional expertise to solve high-value business problems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and business leaders, translating technology into business value.
• Shape industry perspectives, innovation agendas and transformation roadmaps.
• Represent the organization externally through industry events, conferences, client forums and thought leadership activities.
• Mentor teams and elevate engineering excellence across programs and accounts.
• Drive solution design discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 18 years of experience.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Must have: Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong foundation in AI, data, modern engineering and solution architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Ability to connect emerging technologies with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in a specific industry, business function or domain.
• Recognized understanding of industry trends, challenges, processes and competitive dynamics.
• Ability to contextualize technology solutions within business realities.
• Established external credibility within the industry.
• Ability to speak at conferences, customer forums and industry events.
• Recognized as a point of view creator rather than only an implementation practitioner.
• Demonstrated contributions through publications, presentations, communities or industry engagement.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior business executives.
• Communicates in terms of business outcomes, transformation strategy and value realization.
