Overview
As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you bridge Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery to implement and drive adoption of end-to-end frontier model deployments for clients.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, system design, and production rollouts.
- Architect opportunities in client environments to scale agentic solutions and advanced workflows.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple deployments, moving from prototypes to production-ready systems.
- Engineer full-stack systems to maximize customer value and support organizational learning.
- Partner with customer teams to understand requirements and drive adoption of deployed solutions.
- Manage project scoping, delivery sequencing, and mitigation of technical or operational blockers.
- Contribute high-quality code and create tools/playbooks to codify best practices.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS; GCP is strongly preferred.
- GCP Professional-level certification required within the first 90 days of tenure.
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, with significant emphasis on customer-facing engagements.
- Production-grade full-stack development proficiency using Python, JavaScript, or comparable frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or generative models and understanding impact on end-user experience.
- Exceptional communication skills to drive critical decisions with engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
