Forward Deployed Engineer – Software Engineer

Overview

Design tailored technical solutions and deliver complex, high-impact projects for strategic customers. Work closely with customer engineering and executive teams to apply ElevenLabs technologies and help clients achieve their goals.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executive teams to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs technologies.
• Use coding and technical skills to solve complex problems and drive innovation for customers.

What you'll need

• Experience working with customers, including experience gained through student clubs or side projects.
• Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong software development knowledge, including a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and API integration.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to use logic in pursuing optimal solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

Details

• Remote-first role executed from anywhere in Mexico.
• Preference for Mexico City.
• Regular travel for customer onsites is expected.
