Software Engineer II (Mexico)

Overview

Software Engineer II role with full-stack responsibilities on a fast-paced team in Mexico (Remote). You’ll design and deliver new product features, collaborate across teams, and help keep scalable systems running reliably.

What you'll do

• Partner with other engineers to design, develop, and deliver new features.
• Build and maintain product features while learning new areas of the product.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions for upcoming platform features.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Continuously build and deploy scalable solutions with the team.
• Assist with planning, estimations, and project completion for team stakeholders.
• Join an on-call rotation to respond to production incidents.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of experience for this mid-level development role.
• Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with modern frontend development with React experience preferred.
• Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or similar compiled statically typed languages.
• Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL.
