Founder Intern

About the role

We're looking for a sharp Founders Intern to join our team in Noida and serve as a key liaison between our organization and international brands and organizations. You'll develop cross-cultural communication skills while supporting strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

What you'll do

• Communicate directly with international organizations and brands to establish and maintain relationships
• Conduct research and analysis on potential partnership opportunities with global stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing market insights and partnership prospects
• Coordinate meetings and correspondence with international contacts, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Support the founders in identifying and nurturing high-value international business opportunities

What we're looking for

• MBA degree (mandatory) — we're seeking candidates with formal management education
• Excellent English communication skills — fluency in written and spoken English is essential for international outreach
• Strong analytical abilities — capacity to evaluate opportunities, market trends, and organizational fit
• Meticulous attention to detail — precision in all communications, reports, and documentation with international partners

Nice to have

• Prior experience in business development or international relations
• Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms
• Experience working with startup ecosystems or founder networks
