About the role
We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Laxmi Nagar, Delhi location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience with us.
What you'll do
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5–8 years of front office or reception experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
Nice to have
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing industries
- Experience in a similar healthcare or wellness setting
