Front Desk Executive

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Laxmi Nagar, Delhi location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience with us.

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5–8 years of front office or reception experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent presentation
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR

Nice to have

• Background in hospitality or customer-facing industries
• Experience in a similar healthcare or wellness setting
