We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and provide prompt and courteous responses
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Maintain and update client records and databases
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed
• Ensure the front office area is well-organized and presentable at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Reception, Guest relations, or Client Management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam and English
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
