Overview
Own UI delivery across multiple customer accounts for an AI-driven SaaS product. Build Angular-based features and reusable UI modules, partner with product and backend teams, support customer deployments, and contribute to AI-driven product experiences.
What you'll do
- Own UI delivery across multiple customer accounts, managing requests, priorities, and timelines.
- Build and enhance Angular-based features, web components, and reusable UI modules.
- Partner with product managers to shape requirements.
- Work with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and consistent.
- Support customer deployments by configuring, troubleshooting, and stabilizing releases in customer environments.
- Act as the UI point of contact for customer integration discussions and technical clarifications.
- Debug production issues across the frontend and, where needed, the Java backend.
- Contribute to integrating AI-driven features into the product experience.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of frontend development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Working experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred), enough to debug, read, and contribute to backend code.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with authentication flows (JWT/OAuth).
- Comfort working directly with customers and handling multiple priorities at once.
- Familiarity with release processes, CI/CD, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs, AI-assisted development tools, or building AI-powered features.
- Experience with web components, microfrontends, or CDN-based UI delivery.
- Exposure to enterprise integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or customer-facing engineering role.
