Full Stack & Machine Learning Ops Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Machine Learning & MLOps Engineer to join our team full-time in an on-site role. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is comfortable working across machine learning, backend, and front-end development. The role offers a monthly salary of INR 15,000–25,000. We are hiring for 3 open positions.

What you'll do: 𝗔𝗜 / 𝗠𝗟 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗠𝗟𝗢𝗽𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 & 𝗔𝗜 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 & 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝗠𝗟 & 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀

• Build and support machine learning-powered applications across the full stack.
• Develop backend services using Python and work on Full Stack Java Development.
• Contribute to front-end development for seamless product experiences.
• Help implement and maintain MLOps practices and workflows.
• Work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI Tools to create practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver reliable, scalable features.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in relevant development or machine learning roles.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning.
• Experience in Full Stack Java Development.
• Solid Backend Development with Python skills.
• Ability to contribute to Front End Development.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI Tools.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset and willingness to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MLOps workflows or deploying ML solutions in production.
• Experience working across both product development and AI implementation.
