Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML & CSS for responsive, accessible layouts.
• Build interactive application features with JavaScript, focusing on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
• Design and integrate front-end with back-end services to support smooth end-to-end user flows.
• Debug issues, conduct testing, and ensure quality through structured validation and code review.
• Contribute to improvements in application reliability, security awareness, and overall system performance.
• Stay current with modern development practices and support continuous enhancement of existing components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (core syntax, DOM concepts, and client-side logic).
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS, including responsive design and clean, semantic markup.
• Basic understanding of full stack development concepts and web application architecture.
• Ability to read and modify existing codebases while keeping code quality consistent.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly in an on-site team environment.
• Reliable communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
