Full Stack Developer (IT)

Overview

Develop and enhance IT applications within the Digital Transformation platform. Analyze requirements, design systems, lead development efforts, and improve software reliability, performance, quality, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Interact with IT and business stakeholders and teams to understand application functionality.
• Identify business and IT needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
• Develop software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Measure and optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications.
• Keep applications, software, and hardware up to date.
• Partner with development teams to deliver planned deliverables.
• Meet with IT leaders to discuss project goals, solution quality, schedule and progress, and the overall client relationship.
• Estimate the work required to implement a module of a project.
• Test your work and review team members’ work, providing constructive feedback on improvements.
• Serve as the technical lead on multiple active project initiatives.
• Assist in creating design documents and key project artifacts.
• Leverage internal tools, standards, and processes for development work.
• Help peers and junior team members debug code or resolve technical problems.
• Drive client satisfaction through repeated project delivery successes and strategic engagement.
• Triage complex issues across multiple technology platforms and vendors.
• Establish best practices for performance and stability.
• Conduct monthly reviews of trends and change recommendations.
• Review and maintain the list of corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Engineering or BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of software development experience in the IT industry.
• Sound development experience using Angular, React, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, XML, JQuery, Javascript, Json, and other similar web technologies.
• Expertise in developing APIs and web services using SOAP and RESTFUL.
• Extensive RDBMS database working knowledge, including DML SQLs and stored procedures, functions, and triggers development, using PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
• Experience with development frameworks including AngularJS, Angular or ReactJS, and Node.js.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience developing, testing, and debugging web, console, and desktop applications in e-Commerce, Services, finance, billing and payment, user and account management, insurance, and banking domains.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GH Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and Cursor.
• Familiarity with responsive design and development best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with accessible web design and development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Exposure to leading the software development team and mentoring them to build a high-performing team.
• Ability to manage work independently.
• Familiarity with various types of testing, defect prevention activities, and Quality Management.
• Awareness of CI/CD processes and experience using DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Git, Confluence, version control, and others.
