Overview

Full Stack Engineer responsible for developing end-to-end system features, from user experience through backend code, using cloud-first and agile approaches.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement features across frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Lead development coordination to meet project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Align technical and non-technical stakeholders on project goals.
• Improve development processes, productivity, and product quality.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• 15 years of full-time education.
