Full Stack Engineer

Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning the user experience through backend code. Deliver innovative solutions for client service improvements using a cloud-first and agile mindset.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and refine comprehensive system features from the user interface to backend infrastructure.
• Engage across the entire development lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience with database management and integration techniques applicable to laboratory systems.
