Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Engineer roles focused on designing and delivering high-quality software solutions with secure, scalable, and well-tested code.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and improve software using industry-aligned methodologies.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement unit testing practices to support code reliability and readability.
• Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and drive operational effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with Java 17/21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Advanced front-end development experience with React and/or Angular and strong JavaScript skills.
• Ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs/services.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Testing expertise including unit testing (JUnit/Mockito).
• Database experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including efficient query writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitLab/Bitbucket and modern code collaboration practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps teams (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), or OpenShift.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot/Microsoft Copilot).
