Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning the user experience through backend code. Deliver innovative solutions for client services using new technologies, a cloud-first mindset and agile methodologies.

What you'll do

• Design, build and refine comprehensive system features across the user interface and backend infrastructure.
• Engage in the entire development lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
