Full Stack Engineer, AI Internal Systems

Overview

Build AI-powered internal systems to improve A1’s internal workflows across areas like People, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept to production.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve internal workflows and operations.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into product and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution from idea generation through deployment and iteration.

What you'll need

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
• Experience building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
