Full Stack Engineer

Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, develop and engineer end-to-end software features from user experience through backend code. Oversee the complete development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply cloud-first and agile approaches to address business challenges.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and manage the team as a subject matter expert.
• Make decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align and deliver project milestones on time.
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle of software features, including integration between user interfaces and backend systems.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies to address complex business challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with databases and perform data modeling.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
