Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer - Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. You will manage and mentor software engineering teams, lead projects, and combine technical experience with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Manage and mentor software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Design, code, and test applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Oversee the integration of enterprise applications and confirm seamless functionality across platforms.
• Utilize microservices architecture to build scalable and efficient software systems.
• Conduct code reviews and implement coding standards to maintain quality software development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes.
• Engage in strategic planning and execution of software projects to meet client expectations.
• Encourage team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and foster a culture of innovation.
• Motivate, develop, and inspire the team to deliver quality results.
• Take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
• Address conflicts or issues by engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Advanced skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript for software development.
• Expertise in API Management and Microservices architecture.
• Experience leading teams in enterprise application integration and architecture.
• Experience mentoring team members in software project management and planning.
• Innovation in platform engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, .NET core, SQL Server, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, and Github Actions.
