Full Stack Software Developer Specialist (Product Security)

Overview

Design, build and enhance full-stack platform capabilities supporting cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance and third-party risk management.

What you'll do

• Design and implement robust updates, programming changes and new features for full-stack subsystems, databases and core security tools.
• Analyze product requirements to independently determine the optimal coding, programming and integration activities, keeping the application architecture clean and scalable.
• Write and execute comprehensive testing plans and automated protocols; identify, debug and engineer fixes for deep-seated code and integration bottlenecks.
• Lead focused project modules or features to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and reliable components on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with engineering leadership, internal teams and development partners regarding design status, progress and blockers.
• Provide technical guidance, code review feedback and mentoring to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 6-8 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Tech stack: ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, HTML5/CSS, jQuery and Nginx.
• Strong SQL/MongoDB design and REST API architecture.
• Strong Linux skills.
• Hands-on experience with High Availability and Application Performance Optimization.
• Proficient in GitHub, Copilot and automated API testing.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native design (Microservices/Docker).
• Cybersecurity and AI knowledge.

• Hybrid role with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
