• Analyze inspection workflows across production stages.
• Capture recurring model errors.
• Suggest improvements to training prompts and evaluation criteria.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience inspecting garments and finished goods in factory or production environments.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain quality judgments and production realities.

Nice to have

• General experience in garment manufacturing environments, including familiarity with sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.
• Practical factory-floor experience in quality checking or garment inspection.
