GenAI Full Stack- Senior Associate

Overview

As a GenAI Full Stack Senior Associate, you will support the design and development of full stack GenAI solutions, turning business needs into practical data and technology deliverables within the Data & Analytics Engineering practice.

What you'll do

• Design and develop responsive, performant user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Implement reusable component libraries and ensure design consistency.
• Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and efficient rendering strategies for scalable web applications.
• Build, secure, and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• Handle business logic, data validation, and error handling.
• Develop and manage microservices architectures.
• Design relational and NoSQL database schemas with optimized queries and migrations for production environments.
• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate UX designs and user stories into pixel-perfect, accessible, and consistent user interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams.
• Build client relationships and guide junior team members.
• Apply data science methods, use modern development tools and techniques, interpret data for insights, and contribute to AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions that support client needs.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's & Master's Degree.
• 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI or Generative AI tools-based applications.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks, with solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, along with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git, to manage code and collaborate effectively.
